Weight loss

Last week (Monday) I weighed 116.8kg

This Monday I weigh 115.3kg

I've lost 1.5kg (3.3 lb)

Not a great loss, but a start! I'll just stick with my carbohydrate intake reduction diet and exercise and see how I go next Monday!

Question John: Ron and I were wondering what people like yourself do in and during your winters which occur in July? Do you have a winter break like we do in December because of Christmas? We were getting ourselves in quite a 'muddle' over this! lol Please help us Northern Hemispherically-confused individuals.......

Jim and Ron - No! we do not have a mid year (our winter) break, except for the schoolchildren who get a couple of weeks off school in the prime 'Cold and Flu' season. Australia has its main holiday period at Christmas/New Year and at Easter but we are also well blessed with many public holidays throughout the year which many workers string a few days annual leave to either end and make it a holiday long weekend!
