Weekly weigh (2nd post)

Went back and reviewed my diet and set myself a tighter regime after Monday's 115kg 'blow out'.

Weighed myself this morning (Friday) and now down to 113.4kg - ie. a fraction below 250 pounds.

Much better!

Goal is to get down into the 90-99kg range and hold that!
