Well, the racks were prepared for cooking and the WeberQ preheated to 225C (435F):
Into the WeberQ and cooked for 25 minutes then out to 'stand' for 5 minutes before carving.
We had a nice crusty Vienna loaf to go with it:
It was nice and tender and 'blushing pink' in the centre. There were several chops left over so they will be re-warmed in the WeberQ this evening for tonight's dinner.
Oh, Rhonda did not cook roast veggies as she decided to do fresh greens in the microwave and boiled potato. A glass of red wine rounded off the meal!

YUMMY...I LOVE Lamb !
Sounds like a very nice meal! Hello to Rhonda!
Looks like everything turned out great!
I too love lamb buy it's so flipping expensive over here.
Gill in Canada, down the road a bit from Cindy!!
Do you guys eat like this all of the time? If so, can I visit?
Maria, we would eat one roast a week - usually lamb, beef or poultry and seafood probably twice a week. Tonight is home-made hamburgers using savoury mince beef patties constructed by our local butcher.
ps - you are always welcome to call-in if you are ever over this way! LoL!
