Original weight Jan Second: 116.8kg - 256.9 lbs 
Weight Lost since 2nd Jan : 5.6kg - 11.5 lbs
Weight Loss last week: 1kg  2.2 lbs

Little by little John - Aim is to get below that 100kg mark and I'll be very satisfied. 20kg would be really great - I carried a 20kg bag of sand to make up some potting mix the other day and I was struck by how much difference that would make to my body!

John, I love your lifestyle meal plan. I could eat fish & chicken all the time, but for Rob. I have really been pushing the chicken on the poor guy. Whitefish is awesome when we have it, but I do have to admit I love liver and onions on occasion. You must keep fairly busy with the Home & Community? I volunteer once a week with the VON SMART exercise program. I passed the recipe you gave me onto my Recipe Exchange on Facebook. The gal from Australia said to thank you, so "Thanks John !". Aren't those "ducks" cute? Can't wait til they are in my Raspberry patch. Have a great day for yourself !
