Weight Lost since Jan 2 2012 : 8.3kg
Weight Loss last week: Zero kg
Weight Gain last week : 1.5 kg

All-in-all, I'm not disappointed as the 3.0kg I lost last week while I was ill was an 'abnormal' weight loss. this week I've regained my appetite, so time to re-adopt some eating discipline!

Weight will shift a bit each week - only real benefit of weekly weights is to keep you 'on the ball' with the program.

Lamb was simply delightful - we have a great butcher who sliced that piece off a leg of lamb!

Was too. We got our roast dinner for two off it, Rhonda took a small roast dinner to work for supper and we also got a breakfast of lamb on toast and another dinner of pan fried lamb sandwiches. Good value at $AUS18.99/kg - That piece was 1 kg (2.2lb)

Ah, John ...I found you again. I don't know what happened but your blog disappeared off my list on my blog. Leg of lamb is definately the best. I usually poke half a dozen cloves of garlic into the leg. Mmmm...
